Happy 4th of July!
Happy 4th of July to all of my American readers! I thought I would try a patriotic mani and I am lovin' how it turned out! :)
For my index finger I used FingerPaints Cerulean Seascape. This is a gorgeous glowy blue. Look at it! And this is one coat only! The red that I used was Essie First Dance, also one coat! I thought these were the perfect blue and red for the flag! And as you can see I used Konad White as my stamping polish. This white is a wonder! It's perfect! The plate that I used Cheeky plate CH4.
Hope you all have a safe and wonderful 4th of July! And to you who don't celebrate this holiday.....I still wish you a safe and happy Wednesday that happens to be July 4th! ;)

Monkey See Monkey Do Monday: Orly Buried Alive
Monkey See Monkey Do Mondays are where we re-create manis from different blogs or pictures we have "pinned" on Pinterest, and link back to the original blogger!
This week I thought I would use one of my newest polishes. Orly Buried Alive from the Dark Shadows Collection. I wasn't going to get any of these polishes but I saw this amazing stamped mani using this polish and knew I needed the polish. So it was that mani that I decided to copy this week. Now, it isn't an exact, because I don't have the same stamp, but I did use the exact polishes (Orly Buried Alive and BarryM Nail Effects Gold Foil)! But I also used a Cheeky brand plate like she did; but I used CH10.
This amazing mani is by Carolina over at Colores de Carol: Orly Buried Alive. (click the title or the picture to be sent to her blog and post). I have added this watermark because I didn't want people to think I was using it as my own and I wanted it to show her name on it. But isn't it gorgeous! This is why I needed this polish, and I wasn't disappointed! :)
Here is Orly Buried Alive on it's own. Gorgeous!
Ahhh! Insane creepy closeup to show the detail of this polish! :)

Adventures in Stamping: Unnatural Animals
This week for our Sunday Stamping Challenge in Adventures in Stamping the theme of unnatural animals was chosen. And I promise that the image I chose is an animal print. It's a cheetah but an unnaturally! It just isn't as clear over my base polish. But I think it looks awesome! :)
Here is a little clearer image. The base polish is OPI Suzi Skis in the Pyrenees Suede. Love this polish! I then used Kleancolors Metallic Aqua and Metallic Fuschia to stamp with. I used Cheeky plates image CH2.
I love how subtle but then not that this mani turned out to be! So much fun!
Here is a picture of my base color on its own: OPI Suzi Skis in the Pyrenees Suede. Isn't she loverly!? :)

LOSTathon: Season 5
Day 5 = Season 5 LOSTicure
Here are the technicals for the mani:
Here is my representation of season 5 of LOST:
Thumb: represents the remains (foot with four toes) of the statue of Taweret where Jacob lives. This is also where Jacob dies.Pointer: RIP Jacob.Middle: represents Sawyer's name, James "Jim" LaFleur that he takes in 1974-77 when working for the Dharma Initiative.Ring: represents the Ajira Airways plane that the Oceanic 6 took to get back to the island.Pinkie: the chain represents the chain that pulls Juliet down the Swan's metal shaft, she falls down the shaft and trapped, hits the bomb with a rock until it explodes. Her death (which occurs a bit later) was really sad because I liked her and Sawyer together and I was sad for Sawyer.
Here are the technicals for the mani:
Thumb: Finger Paints Go van Gogh!, Sally Hansen Deep Blue Sea, China Glaze Ingrid, OPI Skull & Glossbones, and Sally Hansen Silver Sweep.Pointer: Mayer Disney Villains Ursula 39 and Wet n' Wild Black Creme.Middle: Essence You Belong to Me, Cheeky image plate CH 14, KleanColor Metallic Sapphire, and Wet n' Wild Black Creme.Ring: Zoya Sooki and American Crafts Travel Rub-ons.Pinkie: OPI Sparrow Me the Drama and Sally Hansen Silver Sweep.
What did I love about this season?
-that Jin isn't dead like you thought in the previous season!
-Daniel's and Charlotte's relationship and the story she tells him before she dies about meeting him when she was a child.
-finding out that the smoke monster resides under the temple
-a lot more scenes with Richard
-finding out that Locke isn't really dead....or is he....da da daaaaaaa! :)
-learning more about Jacob
What did I hate about this season?
-I didn't really like the off island scenes.
-Daniel getting shot by his own mother when she was younger! (mind trip!)
-the whole scene with Juliet being pulled down the shaft (poor Sawyer!)
-Ben killing Jacob

Teal Tuesdays - Animal Print
Today's Tealicure option is Animal Print! So excited for this mani because I used 3 items, all of them were untrieds! Woot! Woot! :)
First, the base is Nails Inc Eden Grove that I got from Miss Debbie at The Crumpet in this Epic Royal Nail Mail. It looks way more green in the bottle IRL but is a deep teal creme on my nails! Yes! This is one coat of it too! It went on wonderfully! Love it!
I also used Silver Nail Effects by BarryM. Also from the Epic Royal Nail Mail from Miss Debbie! WOW! If you haven't used these nail effects, you need too! These are AMAZING! The stamp like a dream! Thank you so much Debbie! They also clean up from all stamping equipment and skin wonderfully too!
And this is the first time using my Cheeky Plates that I got from Amazon. This is CH1. And it worked wonderfully too! All around this mani is made up of 3 of the best products! Loved them all!
So I usually take a picture of the base color by itself before stamping but as I stamped my little finger I realized I didn't take that photo! Gasp!
So here is a picture I took with my err, unintended accent nails! :) Look how glossy Eden Grove is! Love!
Some of the other blogs participating are

Gaga for Nails
Fancy Phalanges
